Contagious disease safety and survival

Contagious disease safety and survival isn’t always something we think about. While the media continues to air concern about the world’s end; many of us don’t think twice about the possibility of a pandemic disease or virus outbreak. But, what do you do to keep you and your family safe? How do you survive a contagious disease outbreak?
While there is no foolproof way of preventing the spread of disease; it is possible to help in preventing it. Washing your hands is a great place to start when you are trying to prevent the spread of disease. If soap and water isn’t available; stock up on alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Contagious disease safety and survival is pretty much common sense. Stay at home if you are ill, wash your hands, keep your hands away from your nose, eyes, and mouth. These are all general building-blocks to surviving a contagious disease outbreak.
Vaccinations are also a wonderful way to help prevent the spread of pandemic disease. While not everyone agrees with getting vaccinated; it can truly help prevent the numbers of those who get the disease to a minimum.
